Trying to hook up my xbox 360 to my dlp tv with HDMI….?
ok so i have a 61inch samsung DLP TV(model:HLN617W1 projection TV) the tv doesn’t have the HDMI slot CUX is an old tv but it is HD…..so i found these website that has a cable call HDMI to DVI my xbox 360 has a HDMI slot and my Tv has a DVI slot…my question is if i buy the cable would it work n would it make a different from the regular AV cables(yellow/white/red) and would it work fine….i know is not going to be HDMI all the way but would it be better then the AV cables….Heres the website http://www.stsi.biz/video-hdmi-to-dvi.html and out of all these cables which one would be the best…Thank you for y’all help
HDMI-to-DVI will work, but COMPONENT cables (Red/green/blue video + r/w audio) will work as well. Both of these are much better than composite (yellow).
