What time of the day should I take my fiber supplements?
Should I take it on an empty stomach or full?
What brand/delivery style (ie. pill, power, seeds ect..) would you suggest?
Buy a small amount of some type of fiber and try it. Make sure, that whatever it is, you drink lots of water or it may be difficult to pass. Take fiber one half hour before your eat or two hours after.
Just take at about the same time(s) every day.
I take Rainbow Light pill in a gel cap. I have tried lots of varieties. I sometimes have ground flax seeds in a coffee blender and added to food. Or flax seed tea and eaten the seeds.
Flax has the benefit of having Omega 3 fatty acid. It mus be fresh or it goes rancid very fast.
Pysillium husk powder is popular and can be bought in bulk and mixed in water or juice. I don’t like pysillium myself. Just try some different things and see which you like.
