Pro Three Pointers Shots???? Need Help!!!?
kobe, nowitzki, vujacic, kapono, are just those guys who are so good in threes! i didnt shoot threes until the 7th grade. I played basketball since im in preschool…Im good in assists, layups, and more but whenever i shoot a long shot, like halfcourt or three pointers, i airball! But now, i average 75% on the three point line and im so ood but my question is:
how to put more power on the ball so i dont get embarrassed and laughed at if i airball on the three. Please dont tell me i should started lifting weights because im 11 going to 12 this month and im 5″2 or 5″3 and i want to reach 6″0 so i dont want to start lifting weights for now…

since you said dont start lifting, i just typed in a few things you can do,which is still weights, but its only like a few things-
some exercises i recommend are-
bench press
skull crushers
tricep dips
-if u dont know the definition to any of these then jus type it in on google and hit images it should show you a picture
NOW IF YOU REALLY JUS DONT WANT TO DO ANYTHING IN THE WEIGHT ROOM THEN THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF IS TO BUY ONE OF THOSE WEIGHTED TRAINING BASKETBALLS THAT WEIGH LIKE 5 POUNDS AND START SHOOTING UP CLOSE WITH GOOD FORM THEN WORK YOUR WAY OUT TO THE FOUL LINE(BUT DONT GO ANY FURTHER THEN FOUL LINE)
AFTER YOU DO THAT FOR A WHILE SHOOT A REGULAR BALL AND YOU WONT EVEN FEEL IT, TRUST ME
ur coach should have one of those weighted bballs, ask him
also make sure u have good form and are using your legs when you shoot so u dont look like a homo when u shoot cuz thats even more embarrassing then airballs, trust me i been there
and a little fun thing-dont trip while they do the national anthem, that is so embarrassing it aint even funny
