how do a access wireless internet with PCI card on my PC preloaded with Vista?

You need to be close to a wireless access point. If and when you’re in range, Vista will tell you there is a wireless network in range and ask if you would like to connect to it. If you don’t have a wireless access point (or a router), or high speed internet for that matter, you’re out of luck. Having a wireless card in the computer doesn’t mean you can get internet magically or anything like that. You need to be near an access point.
