Neighbor parking junk car in front of my house! What to do?
My neighbor across the street and one house over rents his duplex out. The renters now seem to think it’s cool to park their junk car in front of my house. It actually has the paint falling off, and large rust patches! It has been sitting in the same spot for the past 4 days. We’ve ask them to move it nicely saying the lawn needs to be mowed and they keep parking there. It also irritates my neighbor who lives directly across from them because they were parking infront of his house. I work hard to keep a nice house, and it bugs me everyday I come home I have to look at that piece of junk! Any suggestions?
4 days later the car was moved only when we told them we needed to mow the lawn. I’m expecting it to be back. They also started parking their other car right behind that car so I had TWO of their cars infront of my house.
Painting the street or putting up signs is a no-no in my township.
hey, i have the same situation too! except the car has been sitting thier for a month, and we dont know who the owner is, its just dumped. i suggest geting the local police involved if it is stoping you from parking your car their. it depends where your from though, i tried calling the police and they said thier nothing they can do about it if it is a legally registered car parked in a public place. good luck! i hope everything works out.
