where to connect parking brake wire from car stereo to 1996 oldsmobile cutlass supreme?
we have all wires connected but do not know what to do with brown parking brake wire. Stereo is ” in dash dvd player” made by Virtual Reality Video Labs (VR3) got it from walmart.
if you are trying to bypass it to watch video, just ground it with the ground wire of the radio. read the manual to see if video operation requires you to set the emergency brake, release and set again. if so, put a toggle switch in line with this also, and wolla, the toggle switch pulses the ground for you and you have video. don’t expect the vr3 to last though, you get what you pay for.
