Can my speedstream 6520 modem broadcast wifi to other computers in my house/psp? if so how?
Does it give off wifi or just receive it through the antenna

there’s nothing in my system tray dealing with connections. could you show me a video of what you mean?
Your speedstream 6520 is a combination DSL to Ethernet bridge and a wireless/Ethernet router.
To get to the configuration web page of the device:
If Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000 or XP:
Right click on the connection in your system tray called a connectoid. Click on status. Click on the Support tab. The IP address listed as the “default gateway” is the IP address of the device.
If Vista:
Right click on the connectoid and select Networking and Sharing Center. Click on view status. Click on details. This should show the IP address of the default gateway.
If Linux:
Run ifconfig from a terminal session. Again the default gateway is the IP address of your device.
If Mac:
Mac OS X
1. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences… .
2. In System Preferences, from the View menu, select Network.
3. Next to “Show:”, select the appropriate port. For example, choose Built-in Ethernet for broadband connections, AirPort for wireless, or Internal Modem for dial-up.
4. Click the TCP/IP tab. The number next to “Router:” is your default gateway.
Mac OS 9
1. From the Apple menu, select Control Panels, and then TCP/IP.
2. In the TCP/IP window, the number next to “Router address:” is your default gateway.
Input the IP address of the device into your web browser (Internet Exploder or Firefox for example). This will take you to the device configuration page where you can view and/or change the settings.
This applies for any wireless router, or combination device that has a wireless router built-in. AIX, HPUX, Linux, Mac, PC, Solaris, SunOS, or UNIX all the same concept.
Edit:
Right click on My network places, then properties. In the window that opens you may see more than one Local Area Connection. If you just have one, then right click on it and click status, then the support tab. If you have more, you will have to find the one that is in use when you are connected.
